 * NOTE: The release was loaded on the National JLV servers. There is     *
 * nothing that local sites can or need to do besides communicate changes *

 JLV 3.13.1.0 - The maintenance release implements infrastructure updates
 to decrease polling time for jMeadows configuration from 20 minutes to 5
 minutes improving ability to change application configurations more
 rapidly, configures the application database to automatically reconnect
 after database restarts, corrects SSOi configurations in all config files
 and implements multiline logging into production.
  
 Value to Veteran: This release improves the DevSecOps team's ability to
 adjust configurations more quickly to resolve issues from end users who
 directly support Veteran patient care.

 NOTE: The release was loaded on the National JLV servers. There is
 nothing that local sites can or need to do besides communicate changes

 The JLV test team validated the requirements provided in the JIRA JP
 Project requirements collection using the test scripts and the test
 Cases in Jira XRay. Any issue encountered is recorded as a defect in
 the JIRA JP Project.
