The ignore reject action will be updated to determine if the claim should be closed when the pharmacist ignores the reject. If the pharmacist uses the IGNORE action to ignore a reject on the Reject Notification Screen or Reject Information Screen, a series of checks will occur to determine if the claim should be closed. If the claim cannot be closed, it will be placed onto the ECME User Screen worklist.
