Problem: Need to remove the VS GUI NATIONAL entry from the SDEC SETTINGS (#409.98) file. Resolution: A post install routine will delete the VS GUI NATIONAL entry from the SDEC SETTINGS (#409.98) file. 4) VSE-9643: VistA: Validation issue when comparing the desired date/time with existing appts. Problem: Issue with SDES2 CREATE APPOINTMENT RPC validation. When comparing the desired appointment date/time for a patient against the patient's existing scheduled appointments that are in a different time zone. As part of the SDES2 CREATE APPOINTMENT validation, there is a call to the APPTINDIFFTZ^SDES2APPTUTIL API to compare the desired appointment date/time to a patient's existing appointments to see if there is a conflict. The issue in this code is that it doesn't convert the existing appointment's time to the same time zone as new appointment's clinic. Resolution: The logic supporting the SDES2 CREATE APPOINTMENT RPC validation was updated to include the clinic info when determining an appointment date/time. The clinic info is used to determine the time zone of the clinic and this helps when comparing the desired appointment date/time for a patient against the patient's existing scheduled appointments.
