 1. WEBBMS-8055 - INC39037625 - Veterans Date of Birth was recently added 
 to the Community Care Tracking List in BMS.  However the DOB's listed are

 1. WEBBMS-8055 - INC39037625 - Veterans Date of Birth was recently added 
 to the Community Care Tracking List in BMS.  However the DOB's listed are 
 incorrect by one day for every one listed.
  
  
 Problem:
 --------
 The "DOB (Age)" column introduced with WEBB*4*11 is displaying the wrong 
 date of birth value on the Community Care Tracking List (CCTL). The value
 on the CCTL is one day earlier than the patient's actual birth date. For
 example, if the patient's date of birth is 1/16/1948, the "DOB (Age)"
 column is showing 1/15/1948. Note that the "DOB (Age)" column on the 
 facility Patients Pending Bed Placement List (PPBPL) was unaffected by 
 this defect.
  
 Resolution: 
 ----------
 The root cause of this defect was an unnecessary time conversion. The "DOB
 (Age)" column on the CCTL now displays correct date of birth values.
