Stored in DTIME. TECHNICAL DESCR: It is intentional that there is a discrepancy between the max limit of the INPUT TRANSFORM and the max limit identified in the HELP-PROMPT. The max limit in the HELP-PROMPT should correspond to the VA policy pertaining to NIST 800-53 AC-11. Any value exceeding the upper-bound in the HELP-PROMPT (ignoring the upper-bound in the INPUT TRANSFORM) requires either confirmation that it is within VA policy (in the event that the policy has changed and the HELP-PROMPT is out of date) OR a waiver.
