INC38777394 - Tier 2 reports not all ATD x-refs handled properly when editing the debtor on bill. Problem: -------- When editing a debtor on a patient bill to a new debtor (may be same debtor name but different debtor number) the handling of the x-refs do not remove the x-refs on the edited bill. Resolution: ----------- In order to correct this problem an analysis was done on the x-ref actions for set and kill and the kill was found to be the same as set and not killing off the old debtor links on the original bill. This will cause lookup issues for debtor/bills resulting in report discrepancies with no statements being sent.
