 The purpose of this patch is to enhance and fix the Mental Health 
 Assistant (MHA) Graphical User Interface (GUI) application.
 Enhancements include:
  - Improve information on exception popups.
  - Improve "heartbeat" keep-alive management.
  - Fix certain instruments where the resulting score is less than one.
  - Handle larger free text responses in instruments.
  - Handle users whose VistA identifiers are very large.
   
 MHA will install and maintain all Graphical User Interface (GUI) updates.

 INC39830442 - MHA - Could not execute batch
 Problem: The INTERVIEWER field is limited and can't accommodate larger 
 DUZ numbers.
 Resolution: Increase the size of field(s) (e.g. INTERVIEWER) with users 
 whose VistA identifiers are very large.
  
 INC39867435 - MHA - Case Mix issue
 Problem: CASE MIX instrument has a free text field after question 16 and 
 it is limited to 1000 characters. Providers are entering over 1000 
 characters based on their report and receiving an error upon clicking 
 Submit. 
 Resolution: Increase free text responses in instruments from 1000 to 2000 
 characters
  
 INC39798685 - MHA - Unable to save admin
 Problem: The Basis-24 Psychosis scoring where the calculated score is 
 below 1, but above 0 that causes this error.
 Resolution: Fix certain instruments where the resulting score is greater 
 than zero but less than one.
  
 INC39896147 - MHA - iPAD error
 Problem: GAI administration on iPAD displayed an error when the Veteran 
 clicked Submit on PE. 
 Resolution: DFN greater than Integer size breaking when getting Progress 
 Note on Assignment for PE when Submit is clicked. Fixed DFN issue by 
 changing the Integer type to a Java Long, which allows for a larger 
 numbers.
