 JLV 3.15.2.0 Release is a maintenance and quality improvement update
 focused on strengthening CHSD capabilities which will improve data
 completeness from the Joint Health Information Exchange (JHIE), 
 configurable flag for CCOW context issues between applications and
 updating core application components for long term stability and
 performance. This release also aligns UI elements, column headers, and
 default configurations to support more consistent clinical workflows.
  
 Value to Veteran: This release strengthens the reliability, completeness,
 and accuracy of clinical information available to providers through JLV.
 This supports better informed clinical decisions, reduces the likelihood
 of missed clinical details, and ultimately improves the quality and
 safety of care delivered to Veterans.

 The JLV test team validated the requirements provided in the JIRA JP
 Project requirements collection using the test scripts and the test
 Cases in Jira XRay. Any issue encountered is recorded as a defect in
 the JIRA JP Project.
