 Pharmacy Product System - National (PPS-N) is a Web-based application that
 provides the ability to manage pharmacy-specific data across the
 Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) enterprise ensuring that all
 facilities are using the same base data for their operations. It allows
 approved national VA personnel to easily, quickly, and safely manage the
 VA National Formulary which directs which products (such as medications
 and supplies) are to be purchased and used by the VA hospital system.
 PPS-N performs the following major business functions: add/edit/approve
 medication and supply information, synchronize Enterprise Product List
 data with the legacy National Drug Formulary data, output reports, process
 First Databank (FDB) additions/updates, and search FDB.
  
 This patch provides for the following platform related activity (no code 
 changes):

 Note: Change involves Apache configuration module change as well as 
 associated configuration and Entra ID configuration on the server.

 The PPS-N application currently relies on SiteMinder for authentication,  
 a platform that is being phased out and will no longer meet enterprise
 security or compliance requirements. Continuing to operate on SiteMinder 
 will result in non VA compliance and may prevent users from accessing 
 PPS-N due to unsupported SiteMinder licensing after 4/1/2026.

 associated configuration and Entra ID configuration on the 
 server. Task will be completed by AITC Server Admins (with guidance from
