Problem: Rewrite SDES CANCEL CLIN PRECAN LIST into the SDES2 namespace and as part of rewrite modify the routine that is being called from SDESGETAPPTWRAP5 to SDES2GETAPPTRPCS. I also want to modify routine: SDESGETAPPTWRAP5, tag: BUILDCLINAPPTARY to quit if appointment date time equals the end date time that was sent in. Resolution: The new SDES2 CANCEL CLIN PRECAN LIST was created to replace the existing SDES CANCEL CLIN PRECAN LIST. The new version will exclude appointments where the start time equals the end time being searched. 2) VSE-11416: VistA: Return full object back on creation of appointment SDES2 CREATE APPOINTMENT. Problem: To help improve VSA performance, the SDES2 CREATE APPOINTMENT RPC was identified as needing a full return object on creation: Resolution: The routine supporting the SDES2 CREATE APPOINTMENT2 RPC was updated to return the full appointment object. 3) VSE-11427: VistA: Create SDES2 version of SDES CANCEL CHECKIN and return back appointment object. Problem: SDES CANCEL CHECKIN was identified during Visitor Pattern ticket as needing to add the Visitor Pattern logic as it updates data within the system and if auditing is ever turned on, we need a way to identify the user taking action on the appointment. Therefore, it needs a new SDES2 version created to allow the user to be passed in. This RPC was also identified as an RPC that could help improve VSA performance by sending back the appointment object upon undoing the check-in of an appointment. Resolution: The new SDES2 UNDO CHECKIN replaces the existing SDES CANCEL CHECKIN RPC and will have full audit capability. It will also improve VSA performance by sending back the appointment object upon undoing the check-in of an appointment. 4) VSE-11539: VistA: Assist TMP team with changes needed to map HOLIDAYS to the clinics. Problem: Assist the TMP team with changes needed to map HOLIDAYS to the clinics. INC40964281 INC41407669 During research it was found that the routine SDD0 was modified in patch SD*5.3*894 and the HOLIDAY tag was modified by TMP to prevent HL7 records when the holiday was not added or removed during the REMAP. To make this change, the logic moved the update to the global to after the check to see if the HOLIDAY was added or removed and the HL7 code was run. After research, both the scheduling team and TMP team believe that moving the update to before the HL7 check will correct the issue. Both TMP and Scheduling will work together to make and test the modifications. Originated from TMP team: Our suspicion is that somehow the call to SDTMPHLC fails (or something) and that stops the set to ^SC. We can change the code to make the ^SC set first, then the call to SDTMPHLC. IF the call to SDTMPHLC is the problem, that will resolve it. If it continues to happen, then it is not a TMP call problem. Resolution: The updated SDD0 routine will now set ^SC first, then the call to SDTMPHLC. 5) VSE-11663: VistA: Modify SDES2 DISPOSITION REQUEST RPC to quit immediately if disposition is not sent in. Problem: During IOC production testing it was found that if the disposition (a required field) is not sent in the SDES2 DISPOSITION REQUEST RPC hits a subscript error. Resolution: The routine supporting the SDES2 DISPOSITION REQUEST RPC was updated to quit immediately if the disposition is not sent in.
