Resolution: ----------- Fixed logic to check if team is active and if at least one of position assignments can be reactivated because position is active and staffed. 3.PCMMW-4815 Do not allow reverting un-assignment from inactivated team in UI Problem: -------- PCMM allowed reverting of patient un-assignment even if team was inactive.
