 1. WEBBMS-8211 - Regional Board Cloud Implementation - The Regional Board 
 feature component of BMS has been developed for full integration into the 
 VA 
 cloud architecture. All legacy production Regional Board capabilities

 forwarded to cloud operations with no workflow issues. 
                                             
 2. WEBBMS-8654 - EntraID Cloud Implementation - Due to the 
 decommissioning of the SiteMinder agent for Single Sign-On Integrated, 
 EntraID is configured and implemented as the authentication model for BMS 
 Cloud.
  
 3. WEBBMS-8498 - EntraID On-Premise Implementation - Due to the 
 decommissioning of the SiteMinder agent for Single Sign-On Integrated,

 recommended that it be installed during non-peak hours to minimize
