 **JLV 3.15.4.0** release implements several configurations to stabilize
 JLV's Report Builder capability. These include better thread pooling,
 report status fixes, additional error handling, and cleanup of expired
 reports. The release also updates Logical Observation Identifiers Names
 and Codes (LOINC), patient document type mappings, and allergies mappings.
  
 Value to Veteran: This release ensures the stability of Report Builder,
 which enables clinicians to aggregate data from multiple sources into one
 PDF report for the purpose of sharing case summaries, briefing other care
 team members, or preparing for consultations as examples. Report builder
 also allows benefits adjudicators streamline decision making and
 consolidate veteran health records for Claims processing.

 The JLV test team validated the requirements provided in the JIRA JP
 Project requirements collection using the test scripts and the test
 Cases in Jira XRay. Any issue encountered is recorded as a defect in
 the JIRA JP Project.
