 The Inbound eRx (ePrescribing) JAVA application is a component of the PRE 
 IEP program that provides the capability to receive inbound eRx's from an 
 external provider. The JAVA application provides a user interface that 
 allows end users to manage and monitor eRx processing from external 
 sources.
  
 This patch provides for the following platform related activity:
  
 1.      JIRA Task: ERXCS-3688 - INC42203451-inbound escripts are 
         generating duplicate faxes
         JIRA Task: ERXCS-3696 - Create Patch for additional Pentaho jobs

 Problem:
 --------
 The Pentaho outbound message processing job is unable to keep up with the
 current volume of messages flowing through the HUB on outbound. The 
 outbound job can currently only handle 1600 to 2400 messages per hour. We
 are processing over 4000 'Verify' messages alone in peak hours excluding
 other message types. This is causing delays in processing 'Verify'
 messages which triggers the external provider systems to send faxes of
 escripts already received.
  
 Resolution:
 -----------
 Add additional Pentaho jobs to process messages on the outbound traffic. 
 After reviewing the current outbound traffic in production, we need at 
 least three additional outbound jobs to handle the load.

 Inbound eRx (ePrescribing GUI) is a Centralized Web application and JAVA
 component for this patch is being installed by AITC. No installation is
 required at Local sites. Downtime will be required as adding additional 
 Pentaho jobs are added to the server and will need to be shutdown.
  
 The Deployment, Installation, Back-Out and Rollback Guide (DIBR) for this 
 patch contains detailed installation instructions on how to deploy this 
 this upgrade patch at the Application and Database Servers.
