Technical Problem: ------------------ Display of error section doesn't force the screen to scroll Resolution: ----------- Upon showing the error section, page now forces the page to scroll up and show the errors. 2. VISTARBM-2180 Letters search criteria does not retain the selected institution. Problem: ----------- On the enter/edit page, if you click the Add Letter button, it will not retain whichever institution was selected on the original page. Technical Problem: ------------------ Add Letter page is available from pages when it should be its own page. Resolution: ----------- Removed Add Letter from the enter/edit page as well as the list letters page. Added new link for "Add Letter" which goes directly to the add letter page. This was accepted by Sean Curtis as the acceptable solution 3. VISTARBM-2514 508 issue - Sequence order cannot be understood when editing a letter Problem: ----------- JAWS is tabbing in a sequence order that does not make sense Technical Problem: ------------------ The tab index value is off for certain text fields. Resolution: ----------- Resolved tab index value for text fields. 4. VISTARBM-2516 508 issue - Error is not identified and is not described in text. Problem: ----------- Form is not describing error in the page Technical Problem: ------------------ The date error field on the parent component is not being passed to the child. Resolution: ----------- Added an update="@form cStartEndRange" to the "Submit" command button in the parent component so the child date components can render the error. 5. VISTARBM-2519 508 issue - Home page title is not consistent Problem: ----------- JAWS is not reading the titles when it gets to certain tabs. Technical Problem: ------------------ There was not a "Title" attribute added for the home page Resolution: ----------- Adding a value to the "Title" attribute for the home page so that it can be read by JAWS. 6. VISTARBM-2520 508 issue - Column header does not announce sorting functionality in consistent manner Problem: ----------- Sort headers are not stated if they are "unsorted" Technical Problem: ------------------ JSF does not set the aria-labels in a way that states the sort values the way we would expect them to. Resolution: ----------- Added scripts to update the aria-labels upon sorting so that the unsorted columns are still announced properly. 7. VISTARBM-2522 508 issue - State of search results cannot be understood Problem: ----------- The application is not returning search results for certain length Technical Problem: ------------------ Set a minimum criteria on the search text. Resolution: ----------- Updated vistaPatientSearch.xml so that Patient Search can have a minimum length of 2 and the error can be visible on the form. 8. VISTARBM-2536 Remove unused Java classes Problem: ----------- Clean up code that is completely unused. Technical Problem: ------------------ There is dead Java code that should be removed and cleaned up so that the application is easier to maintain and compile. Resolution: ----------- Removed unused classes and any references to them.
