$TXT Created by T at CLE623.FO-BAYPINES.DOMAIN.EXT (KIDS) on Thursday, 07/31/25 at 14:30 ============================================================================= Run Date: MAY 21, 2026 Designation: GMRC*3*207 Package : GMRC - CONSULT/REQUEST TRACKING Priority: Mandatory Version : 3 SEQ #172 Status: Released Compliance Date: JUN 21, 2026 ============================================================================= Associated patches: (v)GMRC*3*201 <<= must be installed BEFORE `GMRC*3*207' (v)GMRC*3*205 <<= must be installed BEFORE `GMRC*3*207' Subject: IFC REASON FOR REQUEST MAPPING DATA, STORE COMMENTS IN SUSPENSE FILE Category: - Data Dictionary - Routine Description: ============ GMRC*3*201 included a feature that re-sequences the reasons for request before they are filed in the REQUEST/CONSULTATION file (#123). The feature combined code with a FileMan table - the IFC REASON FOR REQUEST MAPPING file (#123.7). Since GMRC*3*201 was released, additional orders have been identified that require the re-sequencing of the reasons for request. This patch contains the first set of those new orders as well as changes to the sequences of existing orders. GMRC*3*207 also modifies the IFC interface for Prosthetics so that comments entered in Cerner are filed in the ACTION NOTE (field #1) of the ACTION DATE multiple (field #11) of the PROSTHETIC SUSPENSE file (#668). GMRC*3*205 generates rejection messages to send to Cerner when an error occurs. GMRC*3*207 modifies that code to prevent sending rejection messages for error code 206 since Cerner can't accept a PID segment without an ICN in PID-3.1.
