 * NOTE: The release was loaded on the National JLV servers. There is     *
 * nothing that local sites can or need to do besides communicate changes *

 JLV 3.15.3.0 release implements role-based security on the Community
 Health Summaries and Documents (CHSD) widget, to keep JLV in compliance
 with VHA Directive 6371, limiting Community Partner data for treatment
 purpose-of-use.
  
 NOTE:  Emergency patch JLV*3*59 exported the JLV DENY COMM ACCESS
        security key.  This web release will now recognize any users who
        have the JLV DENY COMM ACCESS security key allocated to them and
        will restrict those users from viewing exchange data via the
        Community Health Summaries and Documents widget in JLV.
  
 Value to Veteran: This release ensures the security of veteran data by
 preventing users from accessing veteran data which they are not
 authorized to view.

 NOTE: The release was loaded on the National JLV servers. There is
 nothing that local sites can or need to do besides communicate changes
 to users.
 The JLV test team validated the requirements provided in the JIRA JP
 Project requirements collection using the test scripts and the test
 Cases in Jira XRay. Any issue encountered is recorded as a defect in
 the JIRA JP Project.
