 **JLV 3.15.3.1** patch release adds a configurable application flag for
 the Community Health Summaries and Documents (CHSD) widget's role-based
 access controls.  The release resolves several critical and high Software
 Composition Analysis (SCA) scan findings and one library dependency
 finding.
  
 Value to Veteran: This release ensures the security of veteran data by
 ensuring application vulnerabilities are resolved.

 The JLV test team validated the requirements provided in the JIRA JP
 Project requirements collection using the test scripts and the test
 Cases in Jira XRay. Any issue encountered is recorded as a defect in
 the JIRA JP Project.
