INC28836587 - VISTAOR-35801 - VISTA Alert Tracking Flags not showing up Problem: -------- If a user flags an order, unflags it, and then flags it again in a short amount of time the recipients will not receive the [FLAG ORDER FOR CLARIFICATION] notification. The system is hard coded in two places. The notification duplicate check does not allow a 2nd notification until one minute has passed from the time the first message was sent. The order check expert system triggered rule ignore period will attempt to block a duplicate message for 300 seconds, but this only funtionally stops the message until the next minute in time arrives, once the next minute is reached the message changes, so the order check expert system doesn't identify it as a duplicate anymore. Resolution: ----------- Added code to remove the notification from the duplicate notification list when an order is unflagged. Added a way to programmatically override to the order check expert system triggered rule ignore period. Changed the order flag logic to use the new override. 2. N/A - VISTAOR-39372 - ICR 10060 Violation - direct global read ^VA(200,IEN) in ORCFLAG Problem: -------- While editing routine ORCFLAG preexisting ICR violations were found in tags PROV+3, BULLETIN+3, BULLETIN+7, and SHOWFLAG+3 had direct reads when only FileMan calls areallowed. Resolution: ----------- Edited the direct reads and replaced with FileMan calls. 3. N/A - VISTAOR-39358 - ICR 10060 Violation - direct global read ^VA(200,IEN) in ORWDXA Problem: -------- While editing routine ORWDXA preexisting ICR violations were found in tags DC+58, BULLETIN+7, and FLAGTXT+3 had direct reads when only FileMan calls are allowed. Resolution: ----------- Edited the direct reads and replaced with FileMan calls. 4. INC35262039 - VISTAOR-38151 - $ZE= ENCTITL+4^ORWPT ^DPT(""). Problem: -------- A subscript error occurred during a testing session of 33SWD. This error was triggered because a blank patient identifier number was passed into the API call - ENCTITL^ORWPT. Resolution: ----------- The ORWPT routine has been updated in the ENCTITL tag to handle cases where a blank patient identifier number is passed in. This change prevents the subscript error and displays a message to inform the user that a blank patient identifier was entered. Additionally, a check has been added to alert users if the patient identifier number does not exist in the records. 5. INC37208333 - VISTAOR-39256 - (BOI) Incorrect date on alert Message text. Problem: -------- We are finding order alerts that are generated with the correct date (12/31) but the message text is listing date of tomorrow (01/01). Resolution: ----------- Made an update to [ORDER CHECK COMPILER FUNCTION (file 860.8)] [CONVERT DATE FROM OCX FORMAT TO READABLE FORMAT] CODE and DESCRIPTION fields. Fixing the Leap Year/Day miscalculation and Typos.
