The information is misleading. It appears the order was dispositioned 7/26/24 when in fact it was dispositioned 9/2022. The order also shows it was discontinued by one person when in fact it was discontinued by someone else. Request is to change logic to use the user that runs the Stuck Order Cleanup option to be the one shown as dispositioning the order. Resolution: Modify Stuck Order Cleanup Tool to eliminate the mismatch between the original dispositioning user and disposition date. Update logic to have the user that runs the stuck order be the user who is updated as having taken the action on the order. Update logic to have the date the stuck order was run to be the date of which the action was taken. 2) VSE-11420: VistA: Return full object back on cancellation of appointment - SDES2 CANCEL APPOINTMENT Problem: To help improve VistA Scheduling API (VSA) performance, the SDES2 CANCEL APPOINTMENT RPC was identified as needing to return a full return object on edit of appointment. Due to the change, there is a call into SDES2CANCELAPPT within SDES2NOSHOW that needs to be modified to call the SDES2MRTCUTIL routine. This is needed to prevent moving a needed change into the new SDES2CANCELAPPT2 routine. Resolution: The new SDES2 CANCEL APPOINTMENT 2 RPC will support full auditing and will return a full appointment object on a cancelled appointment. Modified SDES2NOSHOW to change where it called SDES2CANCELAPPT to call SDES2MRTCUTIL instead. 3) VSE-11680: VistA: Missing "S" node is causing missing availability Problem: Create a post install to clean up the missing "S" nodes. Resolution: The SDES943P post install routine will send a listing of appointments with a missing "S" nodes to Forum for review by the VistA Scheduling Enhancements (VSE) team. 4) VSE-11721: VistA: Modify SDESPATRPC logic to protect the variables if there is no insurance added for the patient. Problem: When the patient doesn't have any insurance information in the INSURANCE TYPE (#.3121) field on the PATIENT (#2) file, current logic is erring out. Resolution: Modify SDESPATRPC logic to protect the variables if there is no insurance added for the patient.
