 functionality has been developed for full integration into the 
 VA cloud architecture and all legacy production capabilities will be

 1. INC42464516 - Unable to load the VISN Bed Summary Report, receiving a 
 Proxy Error - This report is accessible from the cloud VISN Board page 
 but does not work due to a timeout from the Apache Proxy service on the 
 legacy web server.
 Solution: Increase the Apache Proxy service timeout to 180 seconds (from 
 the original 60 seconds) so the report has enough time to pull the data 
 and render.
