VISTARBM-2185 508 issue - Online Help has a link that is incoherent when read by JAWS Problem: ----------- When navigating Online Help using a screen reader, the social media icon would read an incoherent statement. Technical Problem: ------------------ The Screen reader is reading the ".htm" code related to the social media. Resolution: ----------- The Social Media links have been removed from the application help page. 3. VISTARBM-2275 BR Institutions Help Page- misnumbered bullet point Problem: ----------- The BR Institutions Help page had bullet points that were misnumbered. Technical Problem: ------------------ There is a typo in the BR Institutions Help Page. Resolution: ----------- Fix the typo by using Robohelp to edit the page and then update the changed files. 4. VISTARBM-2198 Unregistered patients should not be allowed to be selected for VIST review Problem: ----------- Users could be selected and a review created for patients who were not actually registered in the application. Technical Problem: ------------------ No check for unregistered user before allowing to click on the button for currently selected patient. Resolution: ----------- Added check for registration, if does not exist then we display a button which, when clicked, will display a popup indicating that the patient is not registered. 5. VISTARBM-2212 BR application should not allow new referrals for deceased patients Problem: -------- Users can attempt to create a referral for patients who are marked as deceased. Technical Problem: ------------------ When navigating to the referral pages, we don't refresh the whole of the patient object. So when we check "isDeceased" it wasn't checking a fully populated patient object. Resolution: ----------- Make sure that if the patient flash isn't available, we would look at the sessions patient object and use that to determine if the patient is deceased. 6. VISTARBM-2229 Eye Exam Visual Acuity drop down list is not in proper order Problem: -------- The drop down list was not populated based on order and instead returned the values in the random database order. Technical Problem: ------------------ After selecting the list from the database, it was never sorted which means that the sort of the drop down would be non-deterministic and not in the order originally asked for. Resolution: ----------- Add a sort based on the sort_order field in the database to ensure the list is sorted properly. 7. VISTARBM-2240 Referral status dates should auto populate for Admitted & Discharged Problem: -------- When changing the status to admitted or discharged, the date is blank initially. Technical Problem: ------------------ The date is not force set when changing the status. Resolution: ----------- On status change, we now populate the proper input field with the current date. 8. VISTARBM-2495 508 issue - Text on Home page fails the color contrast test Problem: -------- Text has contrast ratio less than 4.5:1. Technical Problem: ------------------ An inappropriate hexadecimal code is being used for the text color. Resolution: ----------- Update the hexadecimal code on the text to a code that passes 508 compliancy. 9. VISTARBM-2487 508 issue - Parent window continues to receive focus when modal window is active Problem: -------- Unsighted users were able to tab off the modal window without closing it. Technical Problem: ------------------ The focus keeps leaving the modal window. Resolution: ----------- Freeze the background page on the application when the modal is open so the focus does not leave the modal. 10. VISTARBM-2506 508 issue - User is allowed to tab out of Deceased Patient error modal Problem: -------- Unsighted users were able to tab off the modal window without closing it.
