 ANRV*5.1*21 "Informational" patch is for Blind Rehabilitation
 Services (BRS) 5.1 Java Graphic User Interface (GUI). This patch replaces 
 SiteMinder and enables Entra ID login for Blind Rehabilitation. After
 release, the BRS GUI/Web Server version will be BR 5.1.17.3.
  
 Patch ANRV*5.1*21 will address the following defects:

 Services (AES), specifically EA, has overall responsibility for the VA
 TRM and needs your support and cooperation to make it a success.
