 ANRV*5.1*7 "Informational" patch is for Blind Rehabilitation Services 
 (BRS) 5.1 Java Graphic User Interface (GUI). After release, the BRS 
 GUI/Web Server version will be 5.1.5.3.
  
 Patch ANRV*5.1*7 addresses the following defect(s):
  
 1. HDSO-827 - Replace Vista Integration Adapter (VIA) client library with
 Veterans Data Integration and Federation (VDIF) client library.

 Problem:

 VIA is being decommissioned and the VIA functionality is being replaced by
 VDIF.
  
 Technical Problem:
 ------------------
 All calls to VIA must be replaced by calls to the replacement VDIF 
 service.
  
 Resolution:
 -----------
 Updated code to replace VIA calls with VDIF calls.
