 This patch has enhancements that extend the capabilities of the Veterans
 Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA) electronic
 payment (ePayments) system.  Below is a list of all the applications

 This specific patch contains the following functionality:

 The patch creates a new 'AEC' cross reference on the existing PRESCRIPTION
 NUMBER field (9002313.57,1.11) of the BPS LOG OF TRANSACTIONS file
 #9002313.57 which is used to improve matching of the ECME number on the
 incoming pharmacy Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) claim lines to the
 claim numbers in the VistA database.
