 This patch will update the log in procedure to the Shift Handoff Tool GUI 
 to use Two Factor Authentication (2FA) which will require the use of a
 Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card.
  
 In order to make the transition to 2FA, it was also necessary to upgrade 
 the Shift Handoff Tool GUI to Delphi version XE8 to implement the new 
 Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Broker allowing compliance.
  
 CRHD*1.0*6 does not update any VistA routines but does update the Shift 
 Handoff Tool GUI.

   Problem: 
   --------
   The Department of Veterans Affairs Cybersecurity Task Force has been 
   tasked by the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the Inspector General
   (IG) to address identified material weaknesses. This task force has
   mandated that all internal, user facing VA applications become Two
   Factor Authentication (2FA) compliant by April 30, 2017.
  
   In order to be compliant, applications are required to authenticate
   users via Personal Identity Verification (PIV) cards.
  
  
   Note: Usernames and password will no longer be permitted for employees
         and contractors to access VA applications.
  
  
   Resolution:
   -----------
   The Shift Handoff Tool has been upgraded to Delphi XE8 to allow access 
   to the latest version of the RPC Broker, implementing 2FA.
  
   The Shift Handoff Tool Release Notes and Shift Handoff Tool User Manual 
   have been updated to reflect this change.

 Software being released as a host file and/or documentation describing 
 the new functionality introduced by this patch are available.
  
 The preferred method is to retrieve files from download.vista.domain.ext.
 This transmits the files from the first available server. Sites may 
 also elect to retrieve files directly from a specific server. 
  
 Sites may retrieve the software and/or documentation directly using 
 Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) from the ANONYMOUS.SOFTWARE 
 directory at the following OI Field Offices:

 NOTE: These files must be transferred using the binary (BIN) file 
       transfer mode.  The size of the file (shifthandofftool.exe), once 
       downloaded, will be 6,396 KB
  
   
    ================== CLIENT Installation Instructions ==================
  
 1. Download and open the file CRHD_1_6.ZIP. Check to make sure the size 
    is correct.  shifthandofftool.exe will be 6396 KB.
  
 2. Extract the shifthandofftool.exe file to the folder where the 
    existing Shift Change Handoff executable is installed. At your 
    medical center, the location of the shifthandofftool.exe may 
    be on a network drive or installed on each workstation under a 
    program files folder like this example:
  
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Vista\ShiftHandOff 
  
 3. When asked to overwrite the existing file, answer Yes.  
  
 4. Following successful extraction of the executable, you can delete the  
    CRHD_1_6.ZIP file.  
  
 5. When this version of shifthandofftool.exe is launched it will show
    the version as "Shift Handoff Tool 1.0.6.4" on the window title area. 
  
 Note: The Class 3 to Class 1 conversion of the Shift handoff tool did not 
       include a client/server version check so please verify the version
       number is 1.0.6.4 after the Client installation is completed.
