The application is being converted to the TRM Compliant DELPHI 10.4.2. During this conversion, the Rave Reports software used to generate reports will also be updated to TRM compliant version 12. The only change to the GUI application is that the Help About form has been updated to remove the Application Web Site link for the Shift Handoff Tool software, and the National Help Desk phone number was updated. CRHD*1.0*10 does not update any VistA routines but does include a post install routine, CRHD10PI, that will update the required version number on the VistA server. Patient Safety Issues (PSIs): ============================ None. PARTICIPATING TEST SITES: ========================= VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (Loma Linda, CA) Durham VA Medical Center (Durham, NC) Defect Tracking System Ticket(s) & Overview: ============================================ INC16769230 - Shift Handoff Tool is out of TRM Compliance Problem: -------- Shift Handoff Tool is out of TRM Compliance due to the following: RAVE V11 is currently in DIVEST through Q2-2021, V12 is the only approved version. In addition, RAVE V11 REQUIRES Delphi RadStudio version 10.2 which is NOT approved in TRM. Therefore, the entire product is now out of compliance. The current version of Delphi RadStudio approved is version 10.4 or higher. Therefore, Shift Handoff Tool will need both products updated to become TRM Compliant. Resolution: ----------- The Shift Handoff Tool is being recompiled in Delphi 10.4 using RAVE Reports V12. There are no functional changes to the software. Back-out pertains to a return to the last known good operational state of the software and appropriate settings. Retrieve the copy of the previous ShiftHandoff Tool, V 1.0.8 and restore that version. Back-Out Strategy: ================== A decision to back out could be made during Site Mirror Testing, during Site Production Testing, or after National Release to the field (VAMCs). The best strategy decision is dependent on the stage of testing during which the decision is made. If a decision to back out is made after National Release and within the designated support period, a notification will be disseminated through the NPM in Forum and will list all the necessary steps. This patch is a GUI patch, and the changes are all contained in the GUI code.
