INC3936613- Registration - DG ISO SENSITIVE RCDS RPT Print Template Problem: --------- User reported an issue in the ISO Sensitive Records Report-Export [DG SENSITIVE RCDS RPT-EXPORT] option where the data is not being displayed correctly if the PATIENT NAME (#.01) field of the DG SECURITY LOG (#38.1) file is 30 characters long. The print template does not account for the "^", it concatenates to the end of the patients name to use as a delimiter. Therefore, the PATIENT NAME (#.01) field and the DATE/TIME RECORD ACCESSED (#50) field from the DG SECURITY LOG (#38.1) file would be displayed together. Resolution: ----------- The DG ISO SENSITIVE RCDS PRT print template was modified to change the PATIENT NAME (#.01) field of the DG SECURITY LOG (#38.1) file, length from L30 to L31 to account for the concatenation of the, "^". Choose the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option. 3. From the Kernel Installation & Distribution System Menu, select the Installation Menu. From this menu, you may select to use the following options. When prompted for the INSTALL NAME, enter the patch DG*5.3*979: a. Verify Checksums in Transport Global - This option will allow you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the transport global. b. Print Transport Global - This option will allow you to view the components of the KIDS build. c. Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will allow you to view all changes that will be made when this patch is installed.
