Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA) Registration, Eligibility & Enrollment (REE) patch DG*5.3*998 is being released to support the enhancements for the Enterprise Health Benefits Determination (EHBD) program that focuses on updates for the Enrollment System Modernization (ESM) Phase 3 project. Patch DG*5.3*998 is also being released in support of the Enrollment System (ES) 5.12 release. NOTE: DG*5.3*998 is being released with IVM*2.0*192 in Host File DG_53_P998.KID. Patch DG*5.3*998 modifies the HEALTH BENEFIT PLAN file (#25.11) to store five new core VHA Profile names, codes, and short and long descriptions to support the Electronic Health Record (EHR) in Cerner's Millennium application. Patch DG*5.3*998 also updates 38 existing VHA Profile names, codes, and short and long descriptions, to align with Cerner Millennium. Two existing VHA Profiles are set as inactive.
