Users are unable to add/edit or delete catastrophically disabled data from the Patient (#2) file once entered even when they are signed into the facility that originally created the entry. 2. An issue with PADE (Pharmacy Automated Dispensing Equipment) where the incorrect pivot number and ward are sometimes saved in the PADE OUTBOUND MESSAGES file (#58.72) when readmitting a patient that was previously in an observation status. If a user signed into a Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) division and attempts to edit a Catastrophically Disabled (CD) vet that was entered at the same CBOC, the code will reject the attempt to edit because it compares the institution that the record was entered at to the primary division of the VistA system. Resolution: ----------- Modified routine DGENCDA to pass in the Medical Center Division (#40.8) file number to the user that is currently signed into (DUZ(2)) as a parameter when calling $$SITE^VASITE. 2) INC6686586 - PADE (Pharmacy Automated Dispensing Equipment) not completing patient movement correctly Problem: -------- When a patient is discharged from an observation ward and immediately readmitted to a regular ward, the patient's pharmacy orders are sometimes reinstated with the incorrect ward and pivot number populated in the PADE OUTBOUND MESSAGES file (#58.72). This can happen when the creation of the pivot number is queued and the orders are reinstated before the new pivot number is created. Resolution: ----------- Routine VAFCADT1 will be edited to start the creating of a new pivot number directly instead of queuing the process.
