This patch focuses on updates for the Enrollment System Modernization (ESM) Phase 3 project. Patch DG*5.3*1048 is being released in support of the Enrollment System (ES) 5.15.1 release. Refer to Informational Patch EAS*1*198 (Enrollment Application System) for additional details regarding the ES release. The VA will provide COVID-19 vaccinations to employees of a number of federal agencies, irrespective of their Veteran status. This selection allows the user to then select the appropriate agency from a list. Patch DG*5.3*1048 adds twenty (20) federal agencies to this list. ************************************************************************** NOTE: VistA users may only add these employees to the OTHER FEDERAL AGENCY eligibility code when it is the Primary Eligibility Code. Users should follow the Health Eligibility Center's guidance for entering an associated agency for the OTHER FEDERAL AGENCY eligibility code when it is not the Primary Eligibility Code. ************************************************************************** Patch DG*5.3*1048 adds the following 20 new records to the OTHER FEDERAL AGENCY (#35) file with the following field values: ELIGIBILITY ABBREVIATION CODE ENTRY NAME (#.01) (#1) NUMBER(#2) TYPE (#3) ------------------------------ ----------- ---------- --------- DEPT HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES HHS 6 A DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR DOI 6 A DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE DOJ 6 A DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE DOA 6 A DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION DOT 6 A NAT ARCHIVES AND RECORDS ADMIN NARA 6 A SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION SBA 6 A ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGCY EPA 6 A GENERAL SERVICES ADMIN GSA 6 A OFFICE OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT OPM 6 A US FEDERAL JUDICIARY USFJ 6 A VA - STATE VETERANS HOME SVH 6 A HHS - FOOD AND DRUG ADMIN FDA 6 A HHS - OFC OF THE INSP GENERAL HHSOIG 6 A HHS - CHILDREN AND FAMILIES ACF 6 A US DC SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF NY DCSDNY 6 A DOJ - DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMIN DEA 6 A DC FEDERAL CIRCUIT COURT DCFCC 6 A DOA - FOREST SERVICE USFS 6 A OTHER OTHER 6 A These entries are merged from the OTHER FEDERAL AGENCY (#35) file included in the build.
