The following issue resolution exported in this patch is to address a problem that manifested itself with the release of patch DG*5.3*1042 where the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) [VAFCTFU GET TREATING LIST] was updated to screen out non-VistA entries from the returned treating facility site list, but in fact some of these sites were actually needed by Clinical Reminders, Order Entry Results Reporting (OERR), and other applications using this Registration supported Application Programming Interface (API). Issue The Master Patient Index (MPI) has enhanced the existing RPC [VAFCTFU GET TREATING LIST] in routine VAFCTFU1 to now also include/return the site information for Non-VistA sites 200, 200CH and 200MH if present in the list of treating facilities retrieved for the patient. NOTE: Normally the report returns approximately 8500 records. Resolution: ----------- Patch DG*5.3*1042 recently updated the RPC [VAFCTFU GET TREATING LIST] to screen out non-VistA entries from the returned list. However, this inadvertently screened out some of the non-VistA sites that applications needed to obtain. Therefore, after analysis of all the touch points accessing this RPC in VistA, MPI has modified the associated routine VAFCTFU1 for this RPC to include/return the site information for the Non-VistA sites 200, 200CH and 200MH if present.
