Certain ICD10 codes are not being found in the Diagnostic Code PTF Record Search [DG PTF ICD DIAGNOSTIC SEARCH] menu option, when searching for the exact match. 2. There are discrepancies between Patient Identification (PID) encoding characters when using the Record Flag Assignment [DGPF RECORD FLAG ASSIGNMENT] menu option. Due to the discrepancies, Patient Record Flags (PRF) are not being updated at other sites. This is causing any ICD10 code activated after 10/01/2015 to not be returned by the search function. Resolution: ----------- Modify routine DGPTFIC to change the DGVDT variable from the ICD10 code implementation to DT. 2) INC18603303 -Discrepancies between PID encoding characters Problem: -------- There are discrepancies between PID encoding characters when using the Record Flag Assignment [DGPF RECORD FLAG ASSIGNMENT] menu option. If the Health Level (HL) array exists from a previous process, it will attempt to use it first before the HLFS & HLECH variables, causing a potential discrepancy in the PID build segments. This issue is causing an error at receiving sites. Resolution: ----------- Modify routine DGPFHLU to check if the HL array exists and if it does, to merge the HL array with the DGHL array, ensuring the proper encoding characters get set.
