When the "B" X-ref is created from the PRF Assignment (#.01) field being stored in the PRF Assignment History (#26.14) file, it fires off a trigger to stuff the current default Institution (#4) file entry into the CREATED BY SITE (#.09) field, if there is no value. This field was added in March of 2019, so any records prior to that may currently have a 'null' value. Resolution: ----------- Modified routine DGPFAAH to remove the receiving site's name from the CREATED BY SITE (#.09) field of the PRF ASSIGNMENT HISTORY (#26.14) file in the event of an incoming value being null. This will leave the field blank, which has been approved by the business owners. Test Sites: ----------- Durham VA Medical Center Altoona - James E.
