Description:
============

 PURPOSE: This patch will update the HL7 Logical Link: VIC NCMD on your 
 production account only. This link currently uses a hard coded IP
 address.  The update will use a domain name (VETERANS1.ONEVA.VA.GOV)
 through the national DNS.   This will allow for the NCMD server to be
 moved without the release of a patch to change the IP address.
  
 PLEASE NOTE:  This patch will remove the IP Address from your Test 
 Account and the DNS name will not be populated.
  
  
 Global ^HLCS(870,ien,0)
 The routine will find the 'ien' (Internal Entry Number) 
 by looking at HLCS(870,"B","VIC NCMD",ien)
 Then the first data piece ('^') will be updated with the new data.
  
 This patch will be executed only once.  
 Sites may manually remove the M Routine following successful
 installation. routine name: DG774PF

 Pre/Post Installation Overview
 ------------------------------
 As part of the installation, a post install routine (^DG774PF) will 
 run.  The existing IP address will be removed and a DNS domain name will 
 be inserted in it's place.
 Routine DG774PF may be manually removed following installation. 
  
        ================INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS =================
  
 The HL7 Logical Link, "VIC NCMD", should be STOPPED prior to 
 installation.  START the logical link following installation.
 The Patch can be installed with the Logical Link running, however the 
 logical link must be stopped and started before the changes take place.
  
 No menu options need to be disabled.
  
 Install Time   less than 5 minutes

     NOTE:  The following are OPTIONAL - (When prompted for the INSTALL
            NAME, enter DG*5.3*791:
       
     a.  Backup a Transport Global - This option will create a backup
         message of any routines exported with this patch. It will not
         backup any other changes such as DD's or templates.
     b.  Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will
         allow you to view all changes that will be made when this patch
         is installed.  It compares all components of this patch
         (routines, DD's, templates, etc.).
     c.  Verify Checksums in Transport Global - This option will allow
         you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the
         transport global.
      
 4.  Select Installation Option: Install Package(s) 
                                 ------------------
     **This is the step to start the installation of this KIDS patch: 
    
     a.  Choose the Install Package(s) option to start the patch
         install.
     b.  When prompted  Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? 
         YES//  answer NO 
     c.  When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu 
         Options, and Protocols? YES//' answer NO
     d.  When prompted 'Enter options you wish to mark as 'Out Of
         Order':'  press <return>
      e.  When prompted 'Enter protocols you wish to mark as 'Out Of
         Order':  press <return>.
