  1. INC000000945629 - Bene Travel - General: Pension/Waiver issue
    
      Problem:
      --------
      The Bene Travel software is incorrectly granting a deductible waiver for
      Veterans that are 100% Service Connected (SC) and have a secondary 
      eligibility of 'Aid & Attendance' (A&A) or 'House Bound' (HB).
   
      Resolution:
      -----------
      Routines DGBT1 and DGBTRDVW have been modified to prevent the 
      application from automatically granting waivers if Veterans are 100% SC
      and have a secondary eligibility of A&A or HB. Routine DGBT1 has also 
      been corrected for the 'WAIVER GRANTED:' display to appropriately
      display 'YES' if the veteran has six total trips.
         
  
  2. I6239128FY16 - Dayton BT user says Beneficiary Travel is losing data
    
      Problem:
      --------
      Once the $18 deductible cap for the month has been met for a particular
      veteran, if a clerk uses the Claim Enter/Edit [DGBT BENE TRAVEL SCREEN] 
      option to edit an existing claim, the deductible will be automatically 
      set to zero.
   
      Resolution:
      -----------
      Modified routine DGBTEE and DGBTRDVW to account for the deductible value 
      of the currently selected claim when calculating the total deductible 
      for the month. Routine DGBTCE has also been modified to preserve the
      deductible values of existing claims.
         
  
 Installation Instructions:
 ==========================
 Suggested time to install: Non-peak hours when users are not on the 
 system. You may queue the install if you wish. It should take less than
 two minutes to install this patch.
     
      1. Choose the PackMan message containing this patch and invoke the
         INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option.  
     
      2. From the Kernel Installation & Distribution System menu, select 
         the Installation menu.  
     
      3. From this menu, you may select to use the following options: 
         (when prompted for INSTALL NAME, enter DGBT*1.0*30)
     
           a.  Verify Checksums in Transport Global - This option will allow
               you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the
               transport global.
           b.  Print Transport Global - This option will allow you to view
               the components of the KIDS build.
           c.  Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will
               allow you to view all changes that will be made when this patch
               is installed.  It compares all components of this patch
               (routines, DD's, templates, etc.).
           d.  Backup a Transport Global - This option will create a backup
               message of any routines exported with this patch. It will not
               backup any other changes such as DD's or templates.
     
      4. Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package DGBT*1.0*30. 
    
      5. When Prompted "Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? 
         NO//", respond NO.  
     
      6. When Prompted "Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and 
         Protocols? YES//", respond YES. When prompted to select the
         options you would like to place out of order, enter the following:
  
   
            Beneficiary Travel Menu          [DGBT BENE TRAVEL MENU]
            Claim Enter/Edit                 [DGBT BENE TRAVEL SCREEN]
