Resolution: ----------- DVBAREQ3, which collects the data during the New Form 7131 Request Report [DVBA NEW REQUEST], will no longer assume that a blank line is the end of the ADDITIONAL REMARKS (#396.02) subfile and will continue printing the ADDITIONAL REMARKS until it has reached the end of the subfiles contents.
