  The current CAPRI Proxy Authenticator GUI, Version 223 (Patch 
  DVBA*2.7*223), was compiled using Delphi 2006, which is no longer
  approved in the VA TRM (http://trm.oit.domain.ext/ToolPage.aspx?tid=6317).
  
  
  Resolution:

  The CAPRI Proxy Authenticator GUI has been recompiled in Delphi 10.3, 
  using the TRM approved version of Delphi.
