 This patch will correct the Worksheet number for AMIE C&P Worksheet - 
 Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).  This is a new AMIE worksheet that was 
 recently added to the AMIE EXAM (#396.6) file via patch DVB*2.7*125.  At
 the time of development, the VACO directed the use of worksheet number 
 #1225 for this new worksheet, not knowing that worksheet number #1225 was 
 already in use by another active AMIE C&P Worksheet (Neurological 
 Disorders, Miscellaneous).

    Problem:
    --------
    During the development of new AMIE C&P Worksheet - Traumatic Brain
    Injury (TBI), the VACO directed the use of worksheet number #1225,
    not knowing that this number was already in use by another active
    AMIE C&P Worksheet (Neurological Disorders, Miscellaneous).
  
    Resolution:
    -----------
    It has been verified that worksheet number #1240 is not in use by
    any active AMIE C&P Worksheets.  Therefore, post-init routine
    DVBA130P, will properly edit the worksheet number for AMIE C&P
    Worksheet - Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) in the AMIE EXAM (#396.6) 
    file to #1240.
  
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
 ==========================
  This patch may be run with users on the system.
  
  Installation will take less than 3 minutes.
  
    1. Use the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE option on the PackMan menu.
  
    2. From the Kernel Installation & Distribution System menu, select
       the Installation menu.
  
    3. From this menu, you may select the following options:
       (when prompted for INSTALL NAME, enter DVBA*2.7*130)
       a. Backup a Transport Global - this option will create a backup
          message of any routines exported with the patch. It will NOT
          backup any other changes such as DDs or templates.
       b. Compare Transport Global to Current System - this option will
          allow you to view all changes that will be made when the patch
          is installed. It compares all components of the patch (routines,
           DDs, templates, etc.).
       c. Verify Checksums in Transport Global - this option will ensure
          the integrity of the routines that are in the transport global.
       d. Print Transport Global - this option will allow you to view the
          components of the KIDS build.
  
    4. Use Install Package(s) option and select the package DVBA*2.7*130 .
  
    5. When prompted "Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install?
       NO//" respond NO.
  
    6. When prompted "Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options,
       and Protocols? NO//" respond YES.
  
         1) When prompted "Enter options you wish to mark as "Out of
            Order":" enter the following option:
  
            Print Blank C&P Worksheet  [DVBA C PRINT BLANK C&P WORKSHEET]
  
         2) When prompted "Enter protocols you wish to mark as "Out of
            Order":" just press <Return>.
  
  
 NOTE:  Post-init routine DVBA130P will be deleted after installation.  
 However, in some cases cache doesn't always delete the routine.  You may
 delete it manually if you discover this at your site.
