Description:
============

 The purpose of this informational patch is to announce the release of the
 Enrollment System (ES) 4.3.2 application version software. 
   
 ES 4.3.2 is a maintenance release of the Enrollment System Core (ESC)
 application. This version applies 5 updates to correct design, code,
 security and 508 compliance related defects introduced in previous ES
 releases.  
   
 The following changes are associated with ES 4.3.2
 =============
 1.     Disable ability to accept change of the veteran indicator from VistA,
        if eligibility is verified in ES.  
   
 2.     Correct defect in ES displaying the incorrect preferred facility on the
        facilities screen. SDM #I7276837FY16.   
   
 3.     Remediate Fortify security findings. 
   
 4.     Fixed defect in the processDateOfDeath batch job to allow deletes for
        records than need to be cleaned up that have date of death incorrectly
        set. 
   
 5.     Upgrade and remediate all ES reports for section 508 compliance. 
   
   
  What to Expect:
  ===============
  No changes to any VistA packages are required. During deployment of ES 4.3.2
  HL7 messaging to and from ES will be disabled as well as E&E web services
  and ES to IVM Bi-Directional services. Implementation is expected to take
  less than 8 hours. 
   
   
  Implementation:
  ===============
  ESR 4.3.2 is a centrally managed web-based application and will be
  implemented as a one-time rollout by the ES Technical team and the AITC. No
  software will be installed at the facilities. ES application will be
  unavailable during the deployment window.
