 The purpose of this informational patch description is to announce the 
 emergency release of Enrollment System (ES) 5.5.0.07003. This release, 
 developed in Java technology, contains Enrollment System Modernization 
 (ESM) Phase 2 development and upgrade efforts, including enhancements to 
 support Enrollment System Community Care (ESCC) and ES Sustainment.
  
 This software is being installed at AITC and no action is required by the 
 sites.
  
 ES 5.5.0.07003 was successfully deployed on Friday, March 8th, 2019.
  
 The following functionality is updated in this ES 5.5.0.07003 release:
  
 Production defects:
 1. A SQL query, introduced by ES 5.5, caused a severe system performance
    degradation (see Informational Patch EAS*1*173, deployed 02/16/2019). 
    The problem is the system is unable to extend the temp segment by 128
    in the tablespace TEMP.
  
 2. Records that are Veterans Choice Eligibility (VCE) status Not 
    Determined (ND) are being included in the Third-Party Administrator
    (TPA) positive file.

             Resolution: Tuned the SQL query for performance and 
             management of TEMP tablespace.

             Resolution: VCE of ND is excluded as a VCE change; TPA
