 The purpose of this informational patch description is to announce the 
 release of the Enrollment System (ES) 5.19.2. This release, developed in
 Java technology, contains Enrollment System Modernization (ESM) Phase 3
 defect fixes to support Enrollment System Community Care (ESCC) and ES 
 Sustainment.
  
 This software is being installed at the Austin Information Technology 
 Center (AITC) and no action is required by the sites.
  
 ES 5.19.2 was successfully deployed on Saturday, January 22, 2022.

 VES-19303  Problem: The daily extract job for moving data out to CCN is 
            taking more than 12 to 16 hours to complete.
  
            Resolution: Added identifier to GetSLByPersonStatusTranType for
            comparison of transmission status type and transmission type
            which considerably improved the query performance. Changed
            AbstractCCNOutputFileProducer.generateOutputFile method to 
            make use of 15 threads pool to process each record using a
            spawned task.
