HD0000000460319 FGH - Clinic not available Problem: -------- A site had inactivated a clinic for a future date due to lack of resources for the clinic. They then were able to find the resources to keep the clinic running, so they reactivated the clinic. In Event Capture, this clinic could not be selected for a date previous to the reactivated date, even if that date was before the inactivated date. Resolution: ----------- Allow user to select the clinic if the clinic's inactivation date is a future date and the clinic has been given a reactivation date. Changes have been made to routine ECUMRPC1 to fix the issue. 2) HD0000000441911 GET+2^ECOB Problem: -------- Sites are reporting a syntax error, GET+2^ECOB, that keeps appearing in the site's error trap. The routine is trying to use a variable that may not exist. Resolution: ----------- Modify code to handle missing variable to eliminate the syntax errors from occurring. 3) HD0000000470626 SC/NSC classification not passing to PCE Problem: -------- In Event Capture, the user cannot answer the classification questions for inpatients procedures, even if the patient is Service Connected. Resolution: ----------- Allow user to answer these questions so that the inpatient data is then able to be transmitted to Austin per the VHA Directive 2009-002.
