Description:

 This patch addresses two issues identified in the event capture GUI 
 module since the release of patch EC*2*112.
  
 Functional Overview
 ===================
  
 1) When launched from CPRS, the splash screen does not get closed.  If
 the Event Capture application is minimized and restored, the splash screen
 will stay on top of all EC forms.
  
 Corrective action: In the CPRS specific Event Capture launch code, we now 
 close the splash screen.
  
 2) In Data Entry by Patient, when a recent visit was selected as a basis 
 for adding a new procedure and the user selected a new category and a new 
 procedure, the associated clinic is no longer set to the default value.  
 The associated clinic interface was disabled and the user was unable to 
 change it to the desired value.
  
 Corrective action: We removed the code that causes the associated clinic 
 to be set under these circumstances.  This returns this particular 
 behavior to that seen in version 109.

 732662 - When starting ECS GUI from the CPRS GUI tools menu the VistA 
 splash screen does not close and remains on top of all other forms.  The 
 splash screen will only disappear when ECS is closed.  When ECS is started
 independently of CPRS, the splash screen behaves appropriately.
  
 726618 and duplicates - On the date entry by patient screen, if a category
 and procedure are selected such that a new default associated clinic is
 selected, the user is unable to change the clinic as the box is grayed
 out.

  1.  Install the Event Capture GUI client software following the
      instructions of the EC GUI Installation Guide found on the VistA
      Documentation Library (VDL) at the following link:

  2.  The Event Capture GUI executable file "ECS GUI.exe", that
      is unbundled after running the install in step #1, may be
      copied to another machine without additional supporting files.
