    Problem: 
    --------
    When entering Event Capture and running screen reader software, the
    user is receiving an error message. The message is stating that the
    eligibility code is required, while none are available for selection,
    and the user cannot proceed with saving their record. The required 
    field prompt has issues when the Combo Box is enabled. In patch
    EC*2.0*119 an update was made so that if a screen reader was running,
    some controls on forms were changed so that they could be read
    correctly. This change caused this error.
  
    Solution: 
    ---------
    The GUI has been updated (specifically the Edit Patient Procedure form)
    so that the Eligibility Code Combo box is not enabled unless there are
    codes available for selection.

 VistA Server Side: 
 ------------------
 Patch EC*2.0*121 affects the Event Capture GUI only.  There is NO KIDS
 build associated with this patch.
  
  
 Client Side: 
 ------------
 The Event Capture GUI client software is being distributed as a zip file 
 of 985 kb.
 The installed executable for this patch is client version 2.1.3.5.
  
 1. Retrieve the GUI zip file.
  
 The GUI client software and documentation for this patch
 may be retrieved directly using FTP from the ANONYMOUS.SOFTWARE directory
 at the following Office of Information (OI) Field Offices:

 2. Open the file EC_2_P121.ZIP. Check to make sure the size is 
    correct (ECS GUI.exe - 985 KB) 
  
 3. Extract the ECS GUI.exe file to the folder where the existing 
    Event Capture executable is installed. The usual location of 
    the Event Capture executable is: 
  
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Vista\EC
  
 4. When asked to overwrite the existing file, answer Yes. 
  
 5. Following successful extraction of the executable, the 
    EC_2_P121.ZIP file may be deleted.

    The version, 2.1.3.5 has NOT changed from the previous version since 
    there will not be a KIDS build included with this patch. Do the
    following to verify you have the correct GUI client installed:
  
    While the application is running, go to Help Menu and select About 
    Event Capture. Near the top of the form you should see the following
    displayed:

     Below that, you should also see:
