This patch ** ** must be installed on or before 11/05/21 so that the October DSS ** ** Extracts can be generated using the updated Fiscal Year 22 logic. ** ** Failure to comply with the installation date will cause delays in ** ** extracting and reporting data. ** *********************************************************************** The MCAO FY22 Extract Enhancements shall provide the means of exporting data from selected VistA software modules and transmitting it to an MCAO database residing at the AITC (Austin Information Technology Center). This transfer is accomplished through a set of extract routines, intermediate files, and transmission routines. Data from VistA packages is stored by the extract routines in the intermediate files, where it is temporarily available for local use and auditing. The data is then transmitted to the AITC, where it is formatted and uploaded into commercial software. Included in the MCAO FY22 scope are: o MCAO Extract field addition and modifications o MCAO Extract logic modifications o MCAO menu modifications o MCAO report modifications o Changes related to user, technical, or business documentation The following is a list of product features for this release: ============================================================= 1. Validate data dictionary descriptions for accuracy. 2. Modified various extracts to correct a typo in the technical description of field "MASTER PATIENT INDEX". 3. Modified the logic from FY19-34 & 21-16 so that the IVP Encounter Number is built with the Ordering Stop Code only if the Ordering Stop Code is one of these values: 330, 329, 316, 308, 407. 4. Modified the BCMA, Unit Dose and IVP extracts logic to default the stop code value to 'PHA' when the stop code is missing or invalid. Also generate a MailMan message to list clinics found in the extract with no stop code in HOSPITAL LOCATION file and a MailMan message with a list of clinics with inactive stop codes. 5. Modified field Agent Orange Location in all extracts to add 'B' for Blue Water Navy. Also updated all documentation (IMKM, DDD, Vista Data Dictionary) to add 'B' for Blue Water Navy to Agent Orange Location values. 6. Modified the Active MAS Wards for Fiscal Year Print Report to add Division value that corresponds to the Division Name and display it on the left of the "DIVISION" column. Also display at the top of the report all Active/available Ward Division values (those with the suffixes beginning with "B","P" or "9A") unique to the station. 7. Modified the logic in ECS extract so that records without a DSS Unit are not included in the extract. Also generate a report via MailMan message that contains the list of records which don't have DSS Units so that the user can research, correct and rerun the extract. 8. Removed the PRO YTD HCPC Laboratory Report from the Prosthetics Maintenance menu. 9. Added fields ADMISSION DATE and ADMISSION TIME to the CLI extract and modified the CLI extract logic to populate these fields.
