This transfer is accomplished through a set of extract routines, intermediate files, and transmission routines. Data from VistA packages is stored by the extract routines in the intermediate files, where it is temporarily available for local use and auditing. The data is then transmitted to the AITC, where it is formatted and uploaded into commercial software. Included in the MCAO FY24 scope are: o MCAO Extract field additions and modifications o MCAO Extract logic modifications o MCAO report modifications o Changes related to user, technical, or business documentation The following is a list of product features for this release: ============================================================ 1. Validate data dictionary descriptions for accuracy. 2. Modified field Agent Orange Location in nine extracts to add the following values: - 'T' FOR THAILAND(U.S. OR ROYAL THAI MIL BASE); - 'L' FOR LAOS; - 'C' FOR CAMBODIA(MIMOT OR KREK,KAMPONG CHAM); - 'G' FOR GUAM, AMERICAN SAMOA, OR TERRITORIAL WATERS; - 'J' FOR JOHNSTON ATOLL. 3. Modify the Movement (MOV) Extract logic to NOT extract a record if Movement Type is missing. 9. Modify the MOV Extract logic to allow the site to bypass a problematic record and complete the generation of the extract. 10. Create an email listing all records bypassed by the MOV Extract. Include the patient's name, SSN, date and time of movement and the error message given. Ensure the email is sent to the local MCA site team. 11.
