After release, the EDIS GUI/Web Server version will be 2.2.46 Patch EDP*2.0*24 is providing the following enhancement capabilities: 1. EDIS-552 - ED Waiting Room Display Board 2. EDIS-595, 597, 625 - Waiting room board configurable text fields I, II, III 3. EDIS-628, 741 - Restore Button 4. EDIS-599 - Admit Delay Time Enhancement Tracking System Tickets(s) & Overview: 1. EDIS-552 - ED Waiting Room Display Board. Feature Overview: ---------------- This is a new Veteran facing Big Board called the Waiting Room Display Board. It will display the following metrics: - Number of patients in the default waiting room. - The average wait time "Door to Doc" for the last 5 patients assigned a provider in EDIS. "Door to Doc" is the time in minutes between patient arrival (Time In) and the first assignment of a provider. The clock will restart at 0 when there are zero patients on the EDIS board. 2. EDIS-595, 597, 625 - Waiting room board configurable text fields I, II, III. Feature Overview: ---------------- The Waiting Room Display Board will have 3 configurable text fields: a footer message, a metrics message, and an updates message. The text in these fields can be modified locally from the EDIS Parameters Configuration screen. Each of the text fields have a limit of 240 characters. 3. EDIS-628, 741 - Restore Button Feature Overview: ---------------- The Restore to board button has been removed from the EDIT CLOSED tab and the split-screen active patients table. It is now visible as a standalone tab titled "Restore." The new tab provides a search field to search for the patient name or date. Upon search, the user will see 3 columns: "Name", "Time In", and "Restore Patient" (with Restore button for every row). Patient details will display on the green bar upon clicking on Patient's name. Upon clicking the Restore button for a patient, a confirmation message will pop up. If "ok" is selected, the patient will be restored to the Clinical Practice Environment (CPE) and Display Board screens. If user selects cancel, the patient will not be restored to CPE or Display Board. All users with CPE access will have access to the new Restore tab. 4. EDIS-599 - Admit Delay Time Feature Overview: ---------------- The Admit delay time will display the time in minutes between the Time Out (time patient is removed from the EDIS board) and the time the patient's first admitting disposition (a disposition flagged "VA") is assigned. The clock will start when a disposition flagged "VA" is assigned to a patient. This value will occupy the Adm Delay column on the Clinical Practice Environment (CPE) and Display Board tabs that was released with EDP*2*23.
