 This patch is for the Emergency Department Integration Software (EDIS)
 Java graphic user interface (GUI). After release, the EDIS GUI/Web 
 Server version will be 2.2.52.
  
 Patch EDP*2.0*30 addresses the following defects:
  
 1. HDSO-8660: Alert user while accessing Big board if site code in the 
 uniform resource locator (URL) is missing or invalid.

 1. HDSO-8660: Alert user while accessing Big board if site code in the
 URL is missing or invalid.
  
 Problem:
 --------
 When a user tries to log in to the Big board without site code or with
 invalid site code, the application does not notify user about the issue
  but just logs an error in the system error log.
  
 Technical Problem:
 -----------------
 The Big board Application Security filter is not doing proper validation
 before the request is sent to Veterans Health Information Systems and 
 Technology Architecture (VistA).
  
 Resolution:
 -----------
 We need to update the Application Security filter to have validation logic
 for missing or invalid site code such that users will be notified with 
 the proper alert message.
