 This patch is for the Emergency Department Integration Software (EDIS)
 Java graphic user interface (GUI). After release, the EDIS GUI/Web 
 Server version will be 2.2.54.
  
 Patch EDP*2.0*32 addresses the following defects:
  
 1. EDIS-1192:  508 - Link Ahref Skip to Main Content, Text does not meet
 minimum AA contrast ration (4:5:1)       
  
 2. EDIS-1193: 508 - Sidebar Widget heading tag H1, the color contrast does
 not meet requirement.
  
 - This patch is approved for both VA VistA and EHRM sites.
